Budgets, Plans and Performance

Parent & Community Resource Center - The center provides meeting spaces, computer, and valuable resources for parents.

Participating in the Schools
  • Criminal Records Checks and Child Abuse Clearances are required for volunteers who are in the schools regularly and often. The total cost is $20.00 ($10.00 each). The FBI clearance is NOT required for parent volunteers.

Title 1

  • Does your school have a clearly visible safety plan near the front door of your school? It should also have a parent on it. Call Sandra Hollie at 215-951-7892 or email safetynet@phila.k12.pa.us.
  • Safety incident? Call 215-400-SAFE (7233) 24 hours a day.
  • School District Safety & Hotline call 215-400-SAFE (7233). School Climate and Safety is responsible for developing procedures that keep the school safe. For example, this office is responsible for the lock-down procedure. Another part of the office is responsible for the School Police. Actual discipline procedures are handled by another district office. Office contact information is 215-951-7892 at Germantown High School or email safetynet@phila.k12.pa.us. This office holds a meeting that invites parents on the 3rd Monday of every month.
